Shipping & Refund


Damaged Items
 
Please send us an email with the following information:
+ First & Last Name (of the order)
+ Email Address
+ Order Number
+ Description of the damages
 
IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging (including all "inside" packaging). We will ask for images of the damages and the packaging. Without proof of damage, we will not be able to exchange or refund the item.
 
Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
 
Lost Packages
 
Once the order has shipped, it is out of Canary Ave's responsibility. If your item appears to be lost or stolen we will do everything we can to locate it.
 
Please shoot us an email with the following information:
+ First & Last Name (of the order)
+ Email Address
+ Order Number
+ Do you think the package is lost or stolen?
+ Any additional details we would need to know
 
Canary Ave is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will see if the package is lost or was delivered to an incorrect address by contacting the carriers.
 
Returns + Exchanges
 
If you are unhappy with your order, we would be happy to exchange it. The products must be unused, and not damaged. If you are exchanging a candle, and it arrives to our shop broken, we will not be able to refund the candle. We highly recommend insuring the package. USPS (local post office) has low cost priority mail (2-3 business days) which includes free insurance.
 
Exchanges exclude items that were on sale, or discontinued.
 
If you would like an exchange, please notify us within 14 days of your delivery.
 
At this time, being a small business, we are unable to have candles returned only exchanged. Thank you for understanding.
