Refund policy

As a small business, no items can be refunded. Refunds can only be given for damaged products, orders that are fraudulent or have a high risk of being fraudulent. Please see Shipping & Refund Page


To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:

Gift cards

Items given in a giveaway, raffles, or any other event

Items on sale

Discontinued or currently being discontinued


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without approval.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.


If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. An order will be created for you to cover the shipping costs of the exchange. We will not send out the exchanged item(s) until this is paid
